上海市对外教育交流中心(以下简称中心)成立于1998年，现为AAAA级民非单位。中心坐落于具有百年历史的瑞金宾馆院落内，聚焦国际教育公益、国际教育交流、国际教育服务、国际教育培训、国际教育合作等领域的相关业务。

     中心自成立以来，积极开展各类教育项目的对外合作与交流，组织各类人员的对外考察、互访、培训、进修、学习、实习及涉外咨询服务等，已与欧美及亚太各国、地区的组织和个人建立了良好的合作伙伴关系，是上海乃至华东地区具有重要影响力的国际教育交流组织。

     中心与全国多所“985”“211”高校以及海外多所顶级高校建立了长期稳定的合作关系。中心与各大行业龙头企业保持着友好合作关系并实现了联合培养人才。中心与各大行业协会和知名国际组织实现了深层次合作，为引进国际优质教育资源，推动中外人文交流作出了重要贡献。

人社部TEFL in China 证书资质

     中心拥有人社部国外人才研究中心授权的TEFL in China培训中心，十多年来为全国各省市培养了上千名高级外教。

涉外人才评估与证书鉴定

     中心拥有受委托的涉外人才评估和证书鉴定服务。

科技外交官之家

     中心拥有中国国际科学技术合作协会授权挂牌的上海首家“科技外交官之家”，通过与各高校合作，开展科普与外交礼仪等公益项目。

全球高校遴选中心

     中心通过与全球各顶级高校合作，建立了全球高校遴选中心，在有效帮助高校遴选人才的同时，帮助学子们实现了学术梦想。

联合国青少年总部实践中心

     中心通过与相关协会合作，依靠联合国经社理事会正式授予的特别咨商地位，建立了联合国青少年总部实践中心，为广大学子提供了参加国际科技、经济、社会、生物、医疗领域最高级别会议的实践机会。

联合国青少年领航计划

     中心通过与联合国训练研究所（UNITAR）和其相关单位合作，设立了联合国青少年领航计划，通过十四课时的跨领域专业学习与八位联合国专家的深入讲解，赋能广大学子成为具备国际视野与竞争力的 “未来青年领袖”。

Shanghai Overseas Education Exchange Center (SOEEC)

The Shanghai Overseas Education Exchange Center (hereinafter referred to as SOEEC) was established in 1998 and is currently accredited as a Class-AAAA non-profit institution. Located within the historic Ruijin Hotel compound, SOEEC focuses on international education services in the areas of public welfare, educational exchange, training, cooperation, and professional development.

Since its establishment, SOEEC has actively promoted a wide range of international education programs, including overseas cooperation projects, delegation visits, professional training, academic advancement, study tours, internships, and consultancy services. Over the years, SOEEC has developed long-standing partnerships with organizations and individuals across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and beyond, establishing itself as a highly influential international education institution in Shanghai and the broader East China region.

SOEEC has built long-term and stable collaborations with numerous leading Chinese universities—including China’s Project 985 and 211 universities—as well as with world-class universities abroad. SOEEC also works closely with leading enterprises across industries to jointly cultivate talent, while maintaining deep partnerships with major industry associations and renowned international organizations. Through these efforts, SOEEC has made important contributions to introducing global high-quality educational resources and advancing cultural and educational exchanges between China and the world.

TEFL in China Certification

Authorized by the Research Center for International Talent under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China, SOEEC is an authorized TEFL in China training center. For over a decade, SOEEC has trained thousands of highly qualified foreign language teachers nationwide.

International Talent Assessment and Certificate Authentication

The center is authorized to provide international talent assessment and certificate authentication services.

Home of Science and Technology Diplomats

Authorized by the China Association for International Science and Technology Cooperation, SOEEC hosted Shanghai’s first “Home of Science and Technology Diplomats”. In collaboration with leading universities, SOEEC carried out public benefit programs in science popularization and diplomatic etiquette.

Global University Selection Center

By cooperating with top universities worldwide, SOEEC has established the Global University Selection Center. This platform supports universities in selecting outstanding talent while helping students achieve their academic aspirations.

United Nations Youth Headquarters Practice Center

Through collaboration with relevant associations and leveraging Special Consultative Status granted by the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), SOEEC established the United Nations Youth Headquarters Practice Center. This initiative provides students with opportunities to participate in the highest-level international conferences in fields such as science and technology, economics, society, and medicine.

United Nations Youth Leadership Program

In partnership with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and its affiliated organizations, SOEEC has launched the United Nations Youth Leadership Program. Through 14 interdisciplinary training sessions and in-depth lectures by eight UN experts, the program empowers young people to become “future youth leaders” with international vision and competitiveness.
