关于解除与美国黑卡圈有限责任公司的《关于组织美籍中青年企业家进中国浦东干部学院研修的合作协议书》的声明

    我中心于2012年2月14日与美国黑卡圈有限责任公司 (Black Card Circle, LLC) 签订《关于组织美籍中青年企业家进中国浦东干部学院研修的合作协议书》(以下简称“协议”)，因美方未能成功组团，原定于2012年6月25日进入中国浦东干部学院的美国好莱坞高级研修班计划已正式取消，上述协议亦于2012年5月23日宣告解除。
    我中心郑重声明，任何单位或个人，包括但不限于美国黑卡圈有限责任公司(Black Card Circle, LLC)及该公司经理杨洛泰先生均无权以上述研修班的中方合作方，即上海市对外教育交流中心、上海市领导科学协会、中国浦东干部学院的名义进行与协议有关的任何事务活动 (包括但不限于对外宣传、签订协议、收取费用)，由此所引发的一切责任和争议均与我中心无关。

Declaration
We, Shanghai Overseas Education Exchange Center (SOEEC), hereby declares that “The Agreement of Hollywood Training Program” (hereafter called “The Agreement”) signed with Black Card Circle LLC on 14 February 2012 was officially canceled by 23 May 2012 by virtue of unsuccessful organization on the study group of “Hollywood Training Program” (hereafter called “The Program”) by Black Card Circle LLC from the United States, which was originally scheduled to kick off from 25 June 2012.
SOEEC solemnly declares, which effected on 23 May 2012, that any individual or company, including but not limited to Black Card Circle, LLC, Manager of Black Card Circle or Lotay Yang has no authorization to organize or engage in any activities relating to “The Agreement” or “The Program”, under the name of Shanghai Overseas Education Exchange Center (SOEEC), Shanghai Cadre Scientific Society (SCSS) and China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong (CELAP). Activities including but not limited to marketing, publishing, signing agreements, collecting fees relating to “The Agreement” or “The Program” are all prohibited. SOEEC will not liable to any results caused by the above activities.
