一、上海对外教育交流中心简介
Introduction for SOEEC
上海市对外教育交流中心（以下简称中心）成立于1998年，是在上海市对外文化交流协会的主管下，开展上海与世界各国的教育交流与合作的非营利性组织。中心针对外国人的业务主要有：TEFL项目，签证业务以及对外汉语。我们拥有最优秀的教师团队与客服团队，为您提供最专业的服务与课程。
Founded in 1998, Shanghai Overseas Education Exchange Centre has been in the charge of Shanghai Foreign Cultural Exchange Association. As a non-profit organization, SOEEC mainly aims to launch overseas education exchanges and cooperation between Shanghai and oversea countries. SOEEC provides businesses such as TEFL training, visa service, and Teaching Chinese as a Second Language(TCSL). We have professional teaching team and a strong supporting team to provide you a professional service and course.
二、教师团队
Lecturing Team
中心的对外汉语项目是由上海交通大学对外交流学院的王院长牵头成立的。王院长不仅亲自为外国学生授课，更致力于对外汉语老师的培养与输出。中心培养的对外汉语教师皆有专业的教学背景、深厚的文化底蕴、严谨的教学态度以及合格的教师素养。
Teaching Chinese as a Second Language(TCSL) is leading by Mr Wang Zhigang, the dean of Shanghai Jiaotong University. Prof. Wang gives lectures for students, and he devotes himself to the cultivation of teachers for teaching Chinese. The teachers of SOEEC have professional academic background, rich teaching experience, and outstanding teaching skills.
中心的对外汉语老师多为对外汉语或者相关语言专业本科以上专业背景，或有至少3年以上的教学经验。且教师在上岗前都需要接受为期两周的密集淘汰式训练，只有最终训练考核合格者方能够胜任。故中心的对外汉语教师质素良好、教学能力出色、文化底蕴深厚，并且最重要的是教学标准统一，不同于市场上的教师良莠不齐、无统一标准。中心教师遵从严格的标准进行等级划分，我们的教师从教授初级课程的教师到专家级教师不等，不管您想要什么级别的教师，我们都有对应等级的教师针对性教学。
Most teachers from SOEEC are graduated from majors like TCSL or related, with at least 3 year education experiences. Before setting to work, these teachers have to attend 2-week intensive training with elimination, only those who pass the final exam could be competent. Thus, teachers in SOEEC have excellent quality, outstanding teaching ability and profound cultural connotation. Most importantly, differed from those teachers of varied quality and standard, TCSL in SOEEC has a unified teaching standard. SOEEC has strict hierarchy - different teachers specialized in different courses levels from beginner to expert, thus, we can provide a specific teaching scheme for your demand.

Teaching Characteristics
中心的对外汉语课程种类齐全，体系完善，我们不仅涵盖了市场所有的课程种类，例如日常汉语、商务汉语、HSK、汉字、听力、口语、阅读、书写，更有中心特色的“开放式教学模式”，能够真正做到“量体裁衣”、“因材施教”。
The TCSL courses in SOEEC are various, complete and professional in variety, covering all types of courses in the market, such as daily Chinese, business Chinese, HSK.Chinese characters, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
“开放式教学”是由教师根据每个外国学生的不同学习目的、目标、中文水平、职业、年龄，吸取各种教材之所长，从而自编教学材料和课程设计。此教学模式100%贴合学生的需求，同时对教师也是非常严峻的考验。教师不仅需要有扎实的语言功底，更需要灵活应变，以满足不同学生的学习需求及兴趣。我们欢迎更多的外国友人来体现中心特色的“开放式教学”，在此您将会体会到高效地学习、愉快地学习！
SOEEC also provides a distinguished teaching model named “open-teaching”, intending to provide specific courses in accordance to students’ conditions such as purpose, goal, language level, profession and age. As this model is perfectly accordance with students’ requirements, teachers must have solid language ability and strong reaction capacity to meet students’ requirements and interests. 四、在线课程
Online course
中心的教学不仅局限于面授教学，且有在想一对一、一对多等在线课程。在线课程选取的老师更是教师中的佼佼者，能够充分发挥在线教学的优势，不仅能够达到与面授同等的效果，更在多媒体教学技术的使用上游刃有余。
TCSL courses in SOEEC are not limited to face-to-face education, but also have one on one, or one-to-many online courses. Those outstanding teachers specialized in online teaching can fully take advantage of online teaching.

在线课程在一定程度上解决了地域限制、时间限制，并且降低了学生和老师的学习成本。在线课程更大地优势在于教师质量的保证与教学体系的统一。中心的在线教师选拔自优秀的面授教师，此类教师选拔后需参加在线课程的授课培训、岗前考核，考核合格者方能够授予在线课程上课资格。除此之外，无论面授教师还是在线教师都必须参加定期的在职培训，精进教学技术。
Thus, they can achieve the same effect as face-to-face education and the better effect in the applying of multimedia teaching. To some extent, online teaching solves restriction in geography and time, and it can also save the cost of students and teachers.

入学前服务：学前测试、学习方案制定
入学后服务：学习评估、满意度调查、定期文化活动（企业客户提供送活动上门服务）、教师质量跟踪、定期学习贴士、结业证书
Before-school service: preschool test, plan design
After-school service: evaluation, satisfaction survey, regular cultural activities(door-to-door service for enterprise customers), teacher quality track, regular study tips, graduation certificate.
七、周边项目
Peripheral Project
中心除汉语课程之外还提供TEFL证书的培训与学习，中心为国家外专局上海唯一授权的培训点与考点。凭此证书可以到国家外专局换取外专证。具体可咨询tefl@soeec.org。
中心还可提供签证服务，具体情况可咨询visa@soeec.org。
Except TCSL course, SOEEC provides TEFL in Shanghai training, which is the only authorized training and testing centre in Shanghai of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. You can use this certificate to change the Foreign Expert Certificate. For further information, please query tefl@soeec.org. SOEEC also provides visa service for foreigners.
